It is currently under contract to provide authorized warranty service for selected manufacturers such as Hanabishi, Electrolux, White- Westinhouse, American Home.
Its owner, Ric Pacardo Jr., is a Licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer and has 15 years of experience in the electronics and appliance repair field. His background includes working as Service Managers for big brands such as Sony, Electrolux and JBL. Pro.Fix has a staff of eight highly-trained and certified technicians in addition to Ric.
Pro.Fix is also in good partnership with TESDA Technical Schools in offering training   programs for the competency enhancement of aspiring technicians. The goal is to not only achieve service excellence for its customers but also assist in the industry’s development.
